The Cypriot writing is a syllabic, it comes from an unknown origin; it was used in inscriptions engraved of an insert dated. Most of them were dated of the 5 Th and 6 Th century although some seams to be from the 7 Th century. This inscription was generally short and composed of proper names, they were found in Cyprus Island and in Egypt, in the city of Abidos. Some inscriptions them were written in Geek dialect latter called Cypriot and others in an unknown language.
